Tomorrow, Real Madrid travel to take on AEK Athens on Matchday 4 of the Champions League.

On Tuesday, José Mourinho unveiled his list of players called up to face AEK Athens tomorrow at 18:45, on the occasion of the fourth matchday of the Champions League. For this trip to Greece, Los Blancos will have to cope with several important absences, as five players will be unavailable.

Indeed, Asencio and Rodrygo, who are still injured, are ruled out. Arda Güler and Aurélien Tchouaméni are also not included in the squad.

The Portuguese coach will also have to do without Ferland Mendy, who is absent from the list because he was not registered with UEFA at the start of the season. Vinicius Junior will make the trip to Greece. Suspended in La Liga, the Brazilian winger remains available for European matches and is therefore back in the Real Madrid squad. Despite these absences, Real Madrid will be able to rely on several of its key players as they look to maintain their perfect record in the Champions League so far.

In red-hot form, Yan Diomandé is included. Moroccan Brahim Diaz has also been called up.
