Real Madrid wants to stab Liverpool in the back
Real Madrid could once again turn to Liverpool to bolster their squad. After stunning Europe by snapping up Trent Alexander-Arnold for just €10 million last summer, Los Blancos are reportedly eyeing another key figure from the Reds. According to revelations from El Chiringuito, Dominik Szoboszlai is on Madrid's radar. The interest is nothing new, as Real had even considered signing him as early as this winter, but ultimately concluded the deal was unfeasible at the time.
The Hungarian attacking midfielder, widely regarded as one of the most underrated players in the Premier League, has quickly established himself as a key asset at Liverpool since his arrival. The Merseyside club is actively working to extend his contract, offering a salary more in line with his growing importance. Tied to the Reds until 2028, Szoboszlai remains financially out of reach for now, but Madrid is closely monitoring the situation. A summer move cannot be ruled out, especially if the player rejects Liverpool's new offer.
