Reinildo on the verge of joining Sunderland

Freshly promoted to the Premier League, Sunderland is about to make a splash in the transfer market. The English club is reportedly set to finalize the arrival of Reinildo Mandava, the Atlético Madrid left-back.

At 31 years old, the Mozambican international, whose contract with the Colchoneros is expiring, is expected to sign a free two-year deal. Also courted by Leeds United and Crystal Palace, Reinildo appears to have chosen the Stadium of Light as the next step in his career.
