Salah Reveals Who's the Happiest About His Liverpool Contract Extension
Liverpool have officially announced the contract extension of their Egyptian star Mohamed Salah, who's now committed his future to the Reds until the summer of 2027.
A statement fit for a king
The announcement came alongside powerful image of Salah sitting on luxurious chair at Anfield a symbolic throne for Liverpool’s king posted on the club’s official X account.
In an interview with Liverpool’s website Salah expressed his joy at continuing with the club where he's spent the past 8 years.
“I’ve lived in this city for eight years and I hope to make it 10 more” he said.

While the news thrilled fans worldwide, Salah revealed the happiest reaction came from home.
“I think my daughter Makka is the happiest. She really wanted to stay because of her school & her friends”
Eyes on more trophies
Salah praised the team’s current squad and expressed his ambition to win more titles with Liverpool.
“I’m proud to stay and want to achieve more records and trophies”
He also spoke about dream yet to be fulfilled: lifting the Premier League trophy in front of full Anfield.
