Transfer market: Newcastle United considers Tolu Arokodare
Tolu Arokodare

As the summer transfer window approaches, the suitors for Tolu Arokodare are multiplying rapidly. The top scorer for KRC Genk and the Jupiler Pro League is now on the radar of Newcastle United.

According to sources close to the club, Newcastle is considering taking a closer look at the Nigerian forward to bolster their attack in the upcoming summer transfer window. Having scored 20 goals this season with Genk, including 18 in the Pro League, Tolu Arokodare is certainly in fine form. The Magpies see him as a suitable profile for the Premier League, capable of adding depth to their attack.

Thus, Newcastle joins the list of clubs eager to secure the services of the Super Eagle this summer. Fulham, Trabzonspor, Benfica, and a club from Ligue 1 have also been monitoring Tolu Arokodare's situation since last winter. Given this high demand, it is quite possible that the Nigerian will leave Belgium at the end of this season for a new adventure.
