After suffering a knock to his right knee and being forced to leave his teammates during Saturday's Klassiker against Borussia Dortmund (2-2), Michael Olise received good news this Monday.

The French international had caused some concern at Bayern Munich on Saturday evening. But it was more fear than harm for the French international. He took part in collective training on Monday morning and is included in the Bavarian squad for Tuesday evening's trip to Atlético Madrid in the Champions League.

This is therefore good news for Vincent Kompany, who will be able to count on his French winger for this European fixture at the Wanda Metropolitano. Manuel Neuer, who was absent for the last three matches, is also back.

Bayern makes firm decision

With injuries piling up in attack, the situation could logically prompt the Munich club's directors to rethink their plans for the winter transfer window. According to Bild, Bayern have no intention of signing anyone in January, despite the financial resources at their disposal. Chief executive Jan-Christian Dreesen has also ruled out this possibility, while Max Eberl said: « we don't even know the results of the examinations yet. Lucho Díaz is coming back, Jamal Musiala is coming back. It's not as if five players are going to be out for six months. No, I don't think (we are going to sign anyone) ».
