Transfer window: Everton targets Hamza Igamane
Hamza Igamane, the Moroccan revelation of the Scottish Premiership, is attracting interest from several European clubs.
With 14 goals and 3 assists in 37 appearances across all competitions for the Glasgow Rangers, the 22-year-old forward is on Everton's radar.
The Toffees' priority
Indeed, according to TEAMtalk, David Moyes, the Toffees' manager, has made the new Moroccan international his top offensive priority for the upcoming summer transfer window.
The English club, currently 15th in the Premier League, is seeking a replacement for Dominic Calvert-Lewin, whose contract expires in June.
European competition
Everton is not alone in the race. Tottenham, Bayer Leverkusen, and OGC Nice are also keeping an eye on the player. However, the Toffees seem to have taken the lead.
The Rangers hope to earn over £20 million (€24 million) from Igamane's sale, a significant increase from the €2 million spent to bring him from AS FAR Rabat last summer. This profit could allow the club to strengthen its squad.
However, a departure of Igamane would not be universally welcomed by fans, who greatly appreciate the Moroccan striker's performances. Stay tuned...
