After missing out due to injury against Paraguay and Morocco, Aurélien Tchouaméni has made a full recovery. Didier Deschamps has confirmed his return to the France squad for the World Cup semifinal clash against Spain, "La Roja."

Tchouaméni had suffered an adductor muscle injury, sidelining him for the round of 16 against Paraguay (1-0) and the quarterfinal against Morocco (2-0). The coach opted not to take any risks with him. Didier Deschamps explained during the press conference: "The risk was simply too high in the last match (against Morocco) for him. We can't say he's 100% fit. But today, he's available again."

In the absence of the Real Madrid midfielder, Manu Koné had featured alongside Adrien Rabiot. Tchouaméni's return gives Deschamps an extra option ahead of Tuesday's much-anticipated showdown with Spain.
