World Cup 2026: The referees who will officiate the Iran vs. Egypt match!
FIFA has announced the refereeing team that will be responsible for managing the match between the Iranian and Egyptian national teams in the second round of Group G of the World Cup.
The match will take place at Seattle Stadium, and a large crowd is expected on June 26th. Kick-off is at 23:00 ET (3:00 AM GMT).

The officiating team for the match has been confirmed, with Poland’s Szymon Marciniak taking charge as the referee. He will be supported by fellow Poles Tomasz Listkiewicz and Adam Kupsik as assistant referees. Japan’s Yusuke Araki has been named as the fourth official, with Jun Mihara serving as the reserve assistant referee.
The all‑European and Japanese combination will oversee proceedings, ensuring the match is guided by an experienced and internationally recognised crew.
