🔴 u20 afcon: discover the draw for the competition!

The headquarters of the Egyptian Football Association, along with the National Selection Center located in the city of 6th October in the Giza Governorate, hosted the group stage draw ceremony for the 2025 Africa U20 Cup of Nations on Sunday, April 13, 2025.

Results of the U20 AFCON 2025 draw!

Here are the group compositions:

• Group A: Egypt (host nation) – Zambia – Sierra Leone – South Africa – Tanzania
  
• Group B: Nigeria – Tunisia – Kenya – Morocco
  
• Group C: Senegal – Central African Republic – DR Congo – Ghana

To recall, Egypt was designated as the host nation for this continental tournament, scheduled from April 27 to May 18, 2025, following the surprise withdrawal of Côte d'Ivoire just one month before the competition's kickoff.

Note that Senegal is the reigning champion, having won the last U20 AFCON edition with a 2-0 victory over Gambia in the final, held at Cairo International Stadium on March 11, 2023.
