"When things get tough at my club or with the national team, I pray. I do my part by working hard, but I never forget to ask for God's help," she said.

She then opened up about her painful childhood: "I was one of those young girls selling olive oil, Kunu, and Zobo at deliverance programs. But today, I give all the glory to God. Please, don't give up; keep praying, fasting, working hard, and believing in your dreams."
