Canada has lost Marcelo Flores for this 2026 World Cup.

Marcelo Flores has been ruled out of the 2026 World Cup after picking up an injury in recent days. The attacking midfielder will therefore be unable to defend his spot. However, the Canadians will be able to count on Jayden Nelson, the Austin winger, to step in as his replacement.
