The statement specified:

"Olympique de Béja has reached an agreement with international goalkeeper Moaz Ben Cherifia and his agent, Mr. Hamza Ammari, to amicably end their contract due to family reasons. The club's management wishes Moaz Ben Cherifia much success in the continuation of his professional and personal career."
