Afhamia Lotfi, new coach of Rayon Sports

Rayon Sports have a new boss on the touchline. The Rwandan club have officially announced the arrival of Tunisian coach Afhamia Lotfi as head coach on a one-year deal.

Afhamia Lotfi knows the local league inside out, having worked in Rwanda for the past three seasons. Last season, he was at the helm of Mukura Victory Sports, guiding them to a fifth-place finish in the Primus League. With Rayon Sports, the Tunisian coach is aiming even higher. The club finished runners-up last season, just behind APR FC. The goal for the coming campaign is crystal clear: clinch the title and make a mark on the continental stage:

As Rayon Sports prepare to represent Rwanda in this season's CAF Confederation Cup, Afhamia Lotfi has been given the freedom to assemble his own technical staff. He also enjoys the full backing of the club's management.
