After Multiple Registration Crises, Zamalek Clears Yaser Hamed Case With FIFA
Zamalek SC under the leadership of club president Hussein Labib have officially resolved the financial dispute with their former Palestinian defender Yaser Hamed.
Debt Cleared, Transfer Window in Sight
Board member Amr Adham confirmed the club paid Hamed around 1.7 million EGP on Sunday. The player's acknowledged receipt of the full amount and Zamalek will now notify fifa to begin the process of lifting the transfer registration ban.
More Settlements Completed
Adham noted that this's the latest in series of financial resolutions completed by the current board , stating:
"We previously paid former coach Jaime Pacheco’s dues worth 1 million euro, as well as the 983000 dollar owed to former Moroccan striker Khalid Boutaib"
Green Light Expected Soon
Once the payment is verified by fifa, Zamalek will regain eligibility to register new signings during the upcoming transfer window.
