After the arrival of Thomas Frank, Tottenham Hotspur want to secure a top striker

According to press reports, Tottenham Hotspur has reached a preliminary agreement with Bayern Munich to sign French striker Mathys Tel, who arrived in North London on loan, and it seems that the German club has found that the player's stay will be better for the team because of his individual technical excellence.
