Ahmed Kashi, Annecy's rock, extends until 2027

Ahmed Kashi remains loyal to Annecy. Although his contract was set to expire in June 2025, the club's iconic captain has extended his stay for two more seasons.

At 36, the Algerian defensive midfielder continues to prove he’s far from finished. With 36 appearances across all competitions this season, he remains a cornerstone of the Annecy lineup. He’s netted just one goal, but it’s his positional sense, tactical discipline, and wealth of experience that truly set him apart.

The club’s management made no mistake by placing their trust in him for another two years. Annecy FC wants to keep moving forward—and they’re doing it with their key players. Ahmed Kashi is undoubtedly one of them.
