Al Ahly: Emam Ashour demands the same treatment as Trezeguet
The valiant Al Ahly midfielder, Emam Ashour, continues to make headlines with his behavior deemed very unprofessional.

Recruited in 2023 from the Danish club FC Midtjylland, the 27-year-old player is tied to the Cairo club with a contract that will expire in 2028.

This hasn't stopped him from threatening to leave the club if he doesn't receive the same treatment as the new recruit Mahmoud Hassan, better known as Trezeguet.
According to the Arabic website eremnews, Emam Ashour has requested to receive his salary in foreign currency like the newcomer, arguing that he too has played in Europe and deserves the same treatment.
According to the same source, the player has set an ultimatum for his club Al Ahly until next summer before considering offers from Arab clubs.
