Fashion Sakala was the driving force behind Al-Fayha’s victory over Al-Faisaly (4-1). Scoring one goal and providing two assists, the Zambia international delivered an outstanding performance and played a major role in his team’s success in the Saudi Pro League.

Sakala decisive in three goals

Al-Fayha returned to winning ways after a run of seven matches without a victory. To end that difficult spell, the Saudi club was able to rely in particular on the inspiration of Fashion Sakala.

The Zambian forward first found the back of the net before turning provider twice. He was therefore directly involved in three of his team’s four goals, on an evening when his partnership with Jason particularly caught the eye. His performance logically earned him the man-of-the-match award.

Statistics confirming his importance

Fashion Sakala has continued to produce decisive performances in the league. He now has five direct goal contributions in ten appearances this season. In his last two outings in the Saudi Pro League, he was even involved in four goals, confirming his growing influence in Al-Fayha’s attack.

Thanks to this 4-1 victory, the club can smile again after several difficult weeks. It was a particularly successful evening for Sakala, who once again established himself as one of his team’s key players.
