AC Milan and Inter meet at San Siro for an important derby, with seven points separating the two sides before kick-off.

The leaders face their neighbours under pressure. AC Milan host Inter Milan this Saturday, 31 October 2026, on matchday 10 of Serie A. Kick-off in the Derby della Madonnina is scheduled for 8:45 p.m. in Italy, or 7:45 p.m. GMT, at the Giuseppe Meazza Stadium.

Inter head into this fixture at the top of the table with 25 points from nine matches, level with Lazio. Cristian Chivu’s side remain unbeaten in the league: eight wins, one draw, 25 goals scored and 10 conceded. They have just beaten Venezia 2-0.

Meanwhile, Milan are fifth with 18 points, having recorded five wins, three draws and one defeat. Ruben Amorim’s side must respond after their 4-2 home defeat to Bologna, which ended their unbeaten run in Serie A.

The Rossoneri can nevertheless draw confidence from the two meetings between the sides last season. They won both league derbies 1-0, on 23 November 2025 and then on 8 March 2026. Pervis Estupiñán scored the only goal of the second match.

This fixture will take place without Lautaro Martínez, who is unavailable until the next international break. In the standings, a win would allow Milan to move within four points of their rivals, while Inter could extend the gap to 10 points.
