Tottenham's management is expected to make a final decision on their Australian manager, who made history by winning the Europa League with the London club for the first time in their history and their first title since 2008.

However, it seems that things are not changing at Tottenham, and the club once again believes that they need to appoint a new manager other than Ince as soon as possible, if the news is to be believed.

Local results drive the decision

The Spurs have suffered 22 losses in the Premier League this season, putting them in 17th place, their worst record in the history of their participation in the Premier League. This may explain why the management wants to look at the Australian coach again.

The board of directors, headed by Daniel Levy, are in the awkward position of either keeping the coach and seeing what he can do with his four-year contract, which expires in 2023, or sacking him and appointing someone else, where neither the fans nor the media will tolerate another failure.

Who are the potential replacements for the Australian coach!

At the top of the list is veteran Brentford coach Thomas Frank, while Fulham's Portuguese coach Marco Silva has been linked to Juve and the Saudi Arabian league as well.

The management is also considering a move for Spanish star Andoni Iraola, despite reports suggesting that he will remain at Vitality Stadium for a longer period of time.

The fourth name is Austrian Oliver Glasner, who won the FA Cup with Crystal Palace this season.

Other names such as Gareth Southgate, Thiago Motta and Edin Terzić, who are currently sitting idle, are also on the London management's radar.
