Ange-Loïc N’Gatta joins Grenoble

Ange-Loïc N’Gatta continues his upward trajectory. The young 21-year-old Ivorian defender has officially signed a three-year contract with Grenoble Foot 38.

After coming through the ranks at AJ Auxerre, N’Gatta also played for US Orléans before returning to AJA, where he split last season between the reserve team (13 matches in National 3) and making two appearances in Ligue 1. A Côte d’Ivoire U23 international, Ange-Loïc N’Gatta is a modern defender: quick, strong in duels, and adept at building play from the back.

His versatility allows him to play in a back three or as a full-back. At Grenoble, he arrives to strengthen a squad in search of energy and dynamism. The Isère-based club is banking on his potential. With his skillset and determination to make his mark, he’ll be one to watch. His future now depends on how quickly he adapts and his ability to meet the demands of this level.
