Atalanta Bergamo: El Bilal Touré set for a return?

El Bilal Touré's German adventure is already coming to an end. Loaned by Atalanta Bergamo to VfB Stuttgart until June 2025 with a conditional obligation to buy, the Malian striker will ultimately not be retained, according to Sky Sport.

At 23 years old, the Mali international is now expected to rejoin the Italian club, with whom he remains under contract until 2027. His time in the Bundesliga proved challenging, as he failed to make a convincing case. Over 17 appearances and a total of 487 minutes played, Touré still managed to score 3 goals and provide 1 assist.

Modest numbers, falling short of expectations. Hampered by stiff competition and a lack of rhythm, the former Stade de Reims and Almería forward will need to bounce back—whether that's in Bergamo or elsewhere.
