Away from Osimene: Chelsea want to sign an African star!

With the uncertainty surrounding Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen, and with no certainty as to where he will move to next season, it seems that Chelsea are starting to consider other solutions for the centre forward position ahead of the start of the new season.

Chelsea interested in signing Borussia Dortmund star

Chelsea have been heavily linked with Nigerian striker Osimhen, but his high financial clause, which links him to Italian side Napoli, has made the English club back out of the deal and look at other alternatives.

Chelsea currently have their sights set on Guinea and Borussia Dortmund striker Serhou Guirassy, who has been in excellent form for the German side.

According to reports from Fichajes, the London club have already expressed an interest in signing the player for €75m, and although Chelsea have spent a lot of money to sign players who can score, they have not been able to solve this issue.

The Guinean has been in fine form this season for Borussia Dortmund, scoring 28 goals and creating five more from 41 goals in all competitions, and is the top scorer in the Champions League despite his side's exit from the competition.

In addition to Chelsea's interest, clubs such as Arsenal, Manchester United and Barcelona are also interested in the player.
