Malian sensation Ibrahim Diarra will join the professional squad of Barça starting with preparations for the new 2025-2026 season.

This is a well-earned reward for the 18-year-old forward, who will have to prove himself if he hopes to secure a permanent spot in Hansi Flick's plans.

There's plenty of hard work ahead for the former Africa Foot academy player, who needs to impress in training sessions and friendlies.

A versatile attacker, Ibrahim Diarra is notable for his ability to play in all three positions across the front line.

What should you know about Ibrahim Diarra?

The Malian prodigy joined La Masia last January for a fee of 1.7 million euros.

He particularly stood out in the Youth League final (U19 Champions League), scoring twice and providing one assist against Trabzonspor.

In 12 matches with Mali's U17 national team, he has netted 5 goals and delivered 7 assists.
