Barcelona are reportedly on the verge of securing Athletic Bilbao’s rising star Nico Williams as the Catalan club steps up efforts to strengthen its attacking options this summer.

The 21 year old winger's re emerged as top target for Barca with manager Hansi Flick pushing for reinforcements on the flanks ahead of the 2024 / 25 campaign.

According to Sky Germany, the Blaugrana now hold the advantage in the race to sign Williams beating competition from Bayern Munich, Arsenal and Chelsea.
