The transfer market is buzzing with the name of Issa Doumbia. The Italo-Ivorian midfielder, currently shining at Venezia FC, has quickly become one of the breakout stars of the season—so much so that several of Europe's biggest clubs are now tracking him closely.

Among the sides reportedly interested are Sporting CP, Napoli, AS Roma, AC Milan, and Lazio, all drawn to his energetic playing style and his ability to drive forward with purpose. According to journalist Ekrem Konur, Benfica and Atalanta have now joined the race for Doumbia's signature.

The 22-year-old only joined Venezia in July 2024, but he's already tied to the club through 2029—a contract that puts Venezia in a strong position should any serious bids arrive. On the pitch, Doumbia has been nothing short of impressive: 35 appearances across all competitions this season, with 8 goals and 5 assists to his name—outstanding numbers for a midfielder.
