Gunners star, who picked up an injury on the final day of the season, was not risked and did not feature against Andorra due to the lack of training sessions he received, and now questions have been raised about his availability against Senegal.

England manager Thomas Tuchel has hinted at changes he will make to his side's attacking line-up for the upcoming friendly against Senegal on Tuesday, with Harry Kane and Bokayo Saka set to start again for England.

England want a comfortable win against the Three Lions

The Three Lions will be aiming for a comfortable win over Senegal, having only managed a 1-0 win against Andorra in a 2026 World Cup qualifier in a match played by the English side in Barcelona.

The match is already sold out so it won't be an easy game for either side, but with the game being played at Nottingham Forest's City Ground, the English side may have the upper hand as the game will be played at home.

Tuchel talks about the game and the possibility of Saka's participation

With the Senegalese team expected to put in a much stronger performance despite it being a friendly, German coach Thomas Tuchel was asked if he would make some changes for the upcoming match against the Senegalese team.

It always does, because the next game is the most difficult. This is the game which we make our conclusions from. There will be some changes. I will not let you know how many of them, but there will be some changes. We want to reward players who kept the level up on [Saturday]. We will see some fresh legs. We will see some new faces.

Tuchel said.

Very excited, because I could see that he worked hard to come back from his injury, He had this minor discomfort in the last match [of Arsenal’s season], which worried me a little bit. Then he just had one full training session and one half training session. We decided in the end, to protect myself a little bit, to not let him be in the squad. But he is happy. He will start tomorrow and, of course, is a key player for us.

Tuchel said about Saka.
