CAF Cup 2025: Semi-final qualifiers and fixtures!
The quarter-finals of the Confederation of African Football Cup (2024/2025 season) concluded yesterday, Wednesday, with four teams securing their spots in the competition's last four.
Renaissance Sportive de Berkane (RSB), led by Tunisian coach Mouine Chaâbani, was the first to qualify for the semi-finals of the Confederation Cup after eliminating ASEC Mimosas of Côte d'Ivoire with an aggregate score of (2-0).
The Algerian club CS Constantine also booked their ticket to the next round after their spectacular penalty shootout victory (4-3) against USM Alger, following a (1-1) draw at the end of regular time.
The South African club Stellenbosch secured their qualification after defeating Egyptian giants Zamalek at Cairo Stadium, with an aggregate score of (1-0).
The last team to qualify for the semi-finals is Simba SC from Tanzania, who claimed a crucial victory in the second leg with a 2-0 scoreline. This result helped them overcome Al Masry's first-leg lead. The two teams were then separated by penalty shootouts, where Mido Gaber and Mahmoud Hamada missed two penalties for the Egyptian side Al Masry, while Simba converted all four of their attempts.
Dates for the CAF Cup 2025 semi-final matches
The first leg of the semi-finals, as set by the Confederation of African Football (CAF), will be played on April 20, while the return legs will take place on April 27.

April 20:
- Simba SC (Tanzania) vs Stellenbosch (South Africa)
- RS Berkane (Morocco) vs CS Constantine (Algeria)
April 27:
- Stellenbosch (South Africa) vs Simba SC (Tanzania)
- CS Constantine (Algeria) vs RS Berkane (Morocco)
