CAN U20 – Semi-finals: Morocco–Egypt and Nigeria–South Africa on the schedule!

The semi-finals of the U20 Africa Cup of Nations are set to take place this Thursday, May 15, 2025, in Egypt, the host nation of a competition that will run until May 18.

Four nations have booked their tickets to the final four of this edition: Morocco, Egypt, Nigeria, and South Africa. By reaching this stage, these teams have also secured their spots at the upcoming U20 World Cup, which will be held in Chile.

Nigeria and South Africa advanced to the semi-finals after knocking out Senegal and the Democratic Republic of Congo, respectively. Morocco and Egypt, meanwhile, punched their tickets by overcoming Tunisia and Ghana.
