The coach of the Algerian local team, Madjid Bougherra, has announced a list of 26 players called up to compete in the matches against Gambia on May 3 and 9, as part of the 2024 African Nations Championship (CHAN) qualifiers.

The local "Fennecs" will play their first leg match on Saturday, May 3, at the Independence Stadium in Bakau, at 15:00 GMT. The return leg will take place on May 9 at the May 19, 1956 Stadium in Annaba, at 18:00 GMT.

The squad consists of 4 goalkeepers, 9 defenders, 7 midfielders, and 6 forwards.
