After what has been a very difficult season for Chelsea Blues fans, the management seems to be working on a fresh start to plan for next season in order to get back to the top of the Premier League and Europe.

It seems that the English club's management is being very patient with Italian coach Enzo Maresca and giving him plenty of time to try and rebuild the team into a strong unit.

Who is the player Chelsea want to bring back to the team!

Despite the fact that Chelsea want to re-sign Marc Guehi, a former Blues player, the team wants to strengthen further and it seems that Chelsea want to sign a few more players.
After Thiago Silva's departure last summer, Chelsea are now looking for a player who can take the captain's armband and lead the team, and it looks like the player who will be returning to the team is Antonio Rudiger. Chelsea are expected to move in the summer to make an offer for the player.

Leadership is the main reason for Rüdiger's return!

The most important piece that Chelsea currently lacks in their squad is leadership, and the German's return to the team would be a good return before the start of the new season, knowing that Rüdiger went to Real Madrid in the summer of 2022 and was part of the team that won two Champions League titles.

There was a gap then, there wasn’t even talks and I was still playing at my best week in, week out. But on the other hand, I had in my head that the Champions League that I won could be my ticket to the biggest club in the world, Real Madrid. Real Madrid don’t knock twice.

Rudiger told The Inside Scoop in a recent interview.
