Dortmund: Serhou Guirassy wraps up his season with 40 goals!

Guinea's Syli National star forward, Serhou Guirassy, once again lit up Borussia Dortmund by scoring in just the 3rd minute during the 3-0 victory over Holstein Kiel this Saturday, on the 34th and final matchday of the Bundesliga.

This goal brings his tally to 34 for BVB this season (21 in the league, 13 in the Champions League). An already impressive figure, to which he adds 6 goals scored with Guinea, reaching the symbolic milestone of 40 goals across all competitions in 2024/2025.

A victory and a European ticket

This win allows Dortmund to finish the season in 4th place in the league with 57 points, securing qualification for the next Champions League.

Up against a Kiel side reduced to ten men as early as the 9th minute after Karl Johansson was shown a red card, the Black and Yellows cruised: Sabitzer doubled the lead right after the break (47'), before Nmecha sealed the win in the 72nd minute.

Guirassy, the architect of a simply sensational season, is establishing himself as one of Europe's top strikers. Dortmund has undoubtedly found its new superstar!
