Eight Parisians in the Club World Cup team of the semifinals

Paris Saint-Germain asserted its dominance in the Club World Cup semifinals’ best XI, as published by the specialist platform Sofascore, which rates individual player performances.

This recognition comes after the emphatic 4-0 victory by the Parisian side over Real Madrid on Wednesday night at MetLife Stadium in the United States, during the last four of the competition.

Among the eleven players selected, eight play for PSG, compared to two Chelsea players and just one from Fluminense.

Meanwhile, Achraf Hakimi continues to impress. The Moroccan full-back once again features in the team of the round with a rating of 8.1, after a rock-solid performance that included an assist for his team’s third goal.
