Looking to reassure his fans, the player posted a short but meaningful message via an Instagram story, stating: "Alhamdoulillah for everything," suggesting that his condition is improving.

According to a close source, Ashour experienced severe fatigue and general exhaustion, which prompted urgent medical examinations at a specialized clinic. After receiving the necessary care and showing clear improvement, he was able to leave the facility and return home. He is currently continuing his recovery there, under the supervision of the first team's doctor, Dr. Ahmed Gaballah.

This health alert comes just days after the 27-year-old delivered a standout performance against Al-Bank Al-Ahly. Scoring the opening goal and being named man of the match, Ashour played a key role in his team's 2-1 victory.

Thanks to this win, Al-Ahly climbed to the top of the Egyptian Premier League standings with a total of 55 points.
