Ex-Pirates star Josephs mocks Chiefs amid Orlando Pirates’ dream season

Harambee Stars goalkeeper trainer Moeneeb Josephs couldn’t resist taking dig at Kaizer Chiefs while celebrating Orlando Pirates’ impressive run this season.

Josephs a former Pirates goalkeeper expressed his joy after the Buccaneers sealed CAF Champions League semi final spot with 1 - 0 aggregate win over MC Alger. The Soweto giants are also in the league title race and chasing Nedbank Cup triumph, having already won the MTN8 earlier this season.

“We don’t have time for pre season. Some teams are preparing for next season already we’re chasing trophies” Josephs said on the SoccerBeat podcast, hinting at Chiefs’ ongoing struggles.
