Fadel Gobitaka officially joins Liège

A new chapter unfolds in the career of Fadel Gobitaka. The Togolese left winger leaves RAAL La Louvière after four seasons to sign as a free agent with RFC Liège.

The Togolese international has put pen to paper on a two-year contract, keeping him at the club until June 2027. Following the official announcement, Gobitaka shared his excitement and ambitions:

I am very happy to join RFC Liège, a club I know well, especially thanks to several players I already know here. I chose to come because I felt a real passion around the club, as well as great ambition.

My goal is clear: to help the team reach the Top 6 next season and secure a spot in the Final Round, which narrowly escaped us last season.

A valuable and experienced addition for Liège, who are hoping to take a step forward with this offensive reinforcement.
