FIFA rankings: Morocco still on top, Cameroon climbs 4 spots! (Official)
FIFA released its latest men’s national football team rankings today, Thursday, just days after the close of the international break.
On the global stage, Argentina holds onto the top spot with 1883.5 points, closely followed by France in second place on 1859.85 points, and Spain rounding out the top three with 1844.33 points.

In Africa, Morocco’s “Atlas Lions” remain the continent’s number one, moving up one place from last month (now 13th in the world).
The Moroccan squad benefited from back-to-back wins over Central African Republic in the third and fourth rounds of the AFCON 2025 qualifiers.
The October FIFA rankings brought a steep drop for Tunisia, who fell 11 places to 47th in the world after being 36th in September. Ivory Coast also slipped 11 spots, now sitting 40th globally.
Meanwhile, both Sudan and Comoros surged 10 places each, while Mali held steady at 54th in the world.
Cameroon leapt 4 places, as did Algeria, while Nigeria climbed 3 spots to reach 36th worldwide.
