FIFA's new rankings revealed... what about Africa?
Simulation sites have revealed the new ranking of African teams after the international break in March.

The fifth and sixth rounds of the African qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup witnessed several surprises.
According to the football ranking specialist site, the top 10 African teams are as follows:
1- Morocco
2- Senegal
3- Egypt
4- Algeria
5- Ivory Coast
6- Nigeria
7- Tunisia
8- Cameroon
9- Mali

10- South Africa
The official ranking will be published on April 3 on the official FIFA website.
Morocco dances with the giants
According to the same source, the Moroccan team will rank twelfth in the new ranking, surpassing many major teams from both Europe and South America.
A remarkable achievement for the North African team, which made headlines in the last World Cup by finishing fourth in the tournament.
