Haaland & Marmoush Lead Manchester City Comeback Secures FA Cup Semi-Final Spot

Manchester City fought back from goal down to defeat Bournemouth 2 - 1 on Sunday securing their place in the FA Cup semi finals for the 7th consecutive season.

Bournemouth Strikes First, City Responds

The home side took the lead in the 21 minute through Brazilian striker Evanilson. However City came out stronger in the 2nd half with Erling Haaland leveling the score in the 49 minute. The comeback was completed when Egyptian forward Omar Marmoush netted the winner in the 63 minute.

FA Cup Semi Final Showdowns

Manchester City will face Nottingham Forest who advanced after dramatic 4 - 3 penalty shootout win over Brighton.

The other semi final clash will feature Crystal Palace vs Aston Villa after they knocked out Fulham and Preston North End, respectively.
