Tunisian authorities imposed strict security measures around the Pro League headquarters ahead of Youcef Belaïli’s disciplinary hearing on Friday.

The Algerian international & Espérance star was summoned by the league's ethics committee following inappropriate gesture made during league match against JS Omrane in March.

According to local sources, security forces were deployed in large numbers around the league’s offices in Tunis, anticipating possible gatherings by Espérance fans during Belaïli’s hearing.

The session held by the Ethics Committee, aims to determine the nature of disciplinary action the player will face. Early speculation suggests Belaïli could be handed 2 match suspension and fine of 5,000 Tunisian dinars, though the final verdict is still pending.
