Is Loum Tchaouna a top priority for PSV this summer?

Loum Tchaouna remains a prime target for PSV Eindhoven. The French-Chadian winger, under contract with Lazio Rome, featured in 24 Serie A matches this season. His performances have not gone unnoticed by the Dutch management, who are eager to finally close a deal that has been in the works for several months.

Already interested back in January, PSV tabled an €11 million offer. While the amount was considered reasonable, Lazio refused to part ways with Tchaouna, unable to find an immediate replacement for his position. Now, the Eindhoven club has reignited negotiations, according to journalist Mounir Boualin, and is reportedly ready to offer the former Stade Rennais player a four-year contract.

But the Dutch side will have to deal with increased competition. Bologna is also in the race and closely monitoring the situation.
