Jack Wilshere tipped to take over this club
Luton Town is on the hunt for a new head coach, and according to the BBC, Jack Wilshere has emerged as the clear front-runner for the role.
At 33 years old, Wilshere left Arsenal a year ago to join the coaching staff at Norwich City. Last April, he took over as interim manager following the departure of Johannes Hoff Thorup, but the club opted not to retain him for this season.
Still a free agent, the former England international could be set to make his return to the dugout. Luton Town, currently 11th in League One, has begun talks with him after sacking Matt Bloomfield. A former Arsenal midfielder, Jack Wilshere made 197 appearances for the Gunners, scoring 14 goals and providing 27 assists. He also earned 34 caps and scored 2 goals for the England national team.
