Jacobo Ramón: already heading back to Real Madrid?

Real Madrid are closely monitoring Jacobo Ramón, the 20-year-old defender currently playing for Como in Italy. The youngster left Madrid just this summer due to a lack of playing time.

Como paid €2.5 million to secure his signature, and the club is now extremely pleased with his performances. Ramón is gradually establishing himself as a defensive leader, which has caught Real Madrid’s attention.

According to AS, Madrid’s scouts have never lost sight of him. If the youngster continues to progress, a swift return to the Bernabéu could be on the cards. It all depends on his performances in the coming months. Since joining Como, Ramón has made 9 appearances. Real Madrid are looking to bolster their defense and several names are already being discussed, such as Guéhi, Konaté, or Upamecano, but Ramón could become a simpler—and already familiar—option for the club.
