James Léa Siliki leaves Gloria Buzău

It's official: James Léa Siliki is no longer a Gloria Buzău player. The Romanian club announced, via a statement published on its Facebook page, the mutual termination of the Cameroonian international's contract.

Arriving with the ambition to reignite his career, the 28-year-old midfielder made just four appearances this season in Gloria's colors. It was a brief stint for the former Rennes man, who also had spells at Middlesbrough and Gençlerbirliği SK.

With Rennes, James Léa Siliki enjoyed a promising start in Ligue 1 before moving abroad. However, in recent seasons, his career trajectory has slowed somewhat. At 28, he remains an experienced player, capable of bringing both technical skill and vision to the midfield. His status as a Cameroonian international is also a valuable asset. Now, the big question is which club will be ready to give him a new opportunity in the coming weeks.
