Juventus: Victor Boniface rather than Victor Osimhen?
Victor Boniface has now emerged as a serious option for Juventus as they look to bolster their attacking lineup. According to Tuttosport, the Italian club, deterred by the astronomical price tag of Victor Osimhen (estimated at €75 million), is exploring more attainable alternatives.
Boniface has delivered a strong campaign in the Bundesliga. In 27 appearances, he has netted 11 goals and provided 2 assists. Powerful, technically gifted, and still only 24, the Super Eagle is tied to a contract until 2028. While a transfer won't be straightforward, his profile has caught the eye of the Turin scouts.
Ironically, should Juventus opt for the Nigerian striker from Bayer Leverkusen, it could well close the door on a Serie A return for Victor Osimhen.
