Kennedy Boateng targeted by Steaua Bucharest

Steaua Bucharest (FCSB) is gearing up for next season's reinforcements, and Kennedy Boateng is high on their wishlist. The Togolese centre-back, currently with FC Dinamo, has caught the eye of the Romanian giants.

FCSB, searching for defensive stability to fuel their title ambitions, sees Boateng as a complete package available at a reasonable price. This was confirmed by his agent Tony Appiah in an interview with ProSport:

FCSB is a very good club. Of course, they can reach an agreement with Dinamo. In football, you never know, but for now, Boateng is happy where he is.

Under contract until June 2026, Kennedy Boateng has been one of Dinamo's defensive pillars this season. Solid and experienced, the 28-year-old has also contributed offensively, netting 2 goals and providing 2 assists in 30 appearances. Whether the two clubs can reach an agreement remains to be seen.
