After the match, Inter coach Simone Inzaghi told Spanish broadcaster Movistar: "Lautaro Martinez has very little chance of playing the second leg... We will know more after the medical tests scheduled for tomorrow, but it looks very complicated. This return leg is a real final for us."

According to Sky Sport, Lautaro will undergo additional tests in the coming hours, but his presence next Tuesday against Lamine Yamal and his teammates appears highly unlikely. The coaching staff is already preparing to adjust their strategy, likely relying more heavily on French international defender Benjamin Pavard.

For the record, the second leg of the semi-final between Inter Milan and FC Barcelona will take place next Tuesday at the "Giuseppe Meazza" stadium in Milan—a decisive showdown for a spot in this season's Champions League final.
