Lawrence Agyekum continues his adventure in Belgium. After an impressive season on loan, Cercle Brugge has decided to exercise the purchase option for the young Ghanaian midfielder.

At just 21 years old, Lawrence Agyekum quickly established himself in the heart of the Groen & Zwart midfield. Solid, hardworking, and tactically astute, he featured in 44 matches across all competitions this season, netting two goals and providing two assists. This consistency won over the club's management. The official announcement of his permanent transfer was made on Tuesday, May 20, by the Belgian club via an official statement.
