Fouzi Lekjaa, president of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF), delivered an inspiring speech to the Moroccan U20 team, urging them to give their best and aim for victory, rather than settling for mere participation. This address took place on the eve of their departure for Egypt, where the final phase of the U20 Africa Cup of Nations will be held.

Fouzi Lekjaa to U20s: "You are the future of Morocco in 2030"!

During his speech at the Mohammed VI Football Center, in the presence of coach Mohamed Ouahbi and the official delegation, Lekjaa stated: "You must aim for the title. You are not just representing this team; you are the foundation of the national project for the 2030 World Cup."

He continued: "Modern football is not just about technique. It is also about a journey, an experience. Those who go through all stages of training are better prepared for the top level."

Lekjaa also reaffirmed the unwavering support of the Federation to all national teams, praising the full confidence placed in Mohamed Ouahbi, and highlighting the value of Moroccan coaches such as Walid Regragui, Issam Charai, Jamal Baha, and Tarik Sektioui.

Moreover, media sources indicated that former Moroccan international Youssouf Hadji (45 years old) has joined the U20 team's technical staff to bring his experience. This initiative was already tested during his participation in the Olympic team staff alongside coach Tarik Sektioui at the Paris Games.
